These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between you and ASZ CORPORATION shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Connecticut.
Before filing any claim against ASZ CORPORATION, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@edypaintingllc.shop. We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.
If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days of submission, you and ASZ CORPORATION agree to resolve any claims relating to these Terms or our Services through final and binding arbitration, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and void. ASZ CORPORATION may freely assign or transfer these Terms without restriction.
